The interior design of the Budapest store builds on the centuries-old tradition of glove making in Pécs, combined with contemporary, minimalist spatial design. The concept aimed to present the values of the two iconic Pécs glove brands – 1861 Glove Manufactory and Hamerli – in a unified yet distinctly recognizable way.

Key elements of the space include the travertine-topped counter and custom furniture with stained and lacquered oak veneer, giving the interior a timeless, premium character. Vintage-style doors with double-drawer fronts and glass showcase drawers with warm lighting highlight the craftsmanship and intricate details of the gloves. Hidden lighting and contrasting surfaces further enhance the elegant, exclusive atmosphere.

The result is an interior where artisanal heritage and modern interior design form a harmonious unity.
