HIPA Exhibition Stand Design – Automotive Hungary 2026 | HUNGEXPO Budapest
Torter e-Design once again worked together with HIPA – Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency on the realization of their exhibition presence at Automotive Hungary.
HIPA is Hungary’s investment promotion organization, supporting international companies, investors, and business development by presenting Hungary’s economic opportunities, encouraging investment, and supporting strategic business connections. The organization’s exhibition appearances play an important role in presenting Hungary’s industrial and economic potential.
Automotive Hungary is one of the region’s leading automotive industry exhibitions, providing a professional platform for automotive companies, suppliers, and technology partners to connect and present their latest solutions.
At the 2026 exhibition, HIPA appeared with a 44 sqm (4×11 m) exhibition stand at HUNGEXPO Budapest, where professional appearance, business networking, and visitor experience were key priorities.
The stand design focused on creating a functional and open community space that supported the presence of co-exhibitors, visitor interaction, and professional business meetings.
In the central area of the stand, an open meeting and seating area was created, providing an ideal environment for shorter professional discussions and networking. The space was furnished with a LOFT table and white chairs with metal legs, creating an elegant and modern business environment.
At the rear part of the stand, next to the storage area, a smaller and more separated meeting area was created, providing a quieter environment for longer or more private business discussions.
Eight co-exhibitors were welcomed on the stand, positioned at dedicated shared counters where they could meet visitors and build professional connections. The counter areas were created using Torter’s own LOFT furniture elements, small LOFT counters, and shell bar stools, creating a consistent and distinctive exhibition appearance.
The stand furnishing and spatial design were supported by professional furniture rental solutions, enabling the creation of a functional, comfortable, and visually unified exhibition environment.
The visual experience was enhanced with illuminated graphic elements and a large living plant wall, creating a more premium and welcoming atmosphere within the exhibition space.
During the project, Torter e-Design supported not only the stand design but also the development of the graphic appearance, providing additional visual support for HIPA’s exhibition presence. A part of the graphic elements was created with the involvement of Torter e-Design, as visual design support for exhibition appearances is also part of our services.
During the design process, special attention was given to professional brand presentation, visitor flow, and creating a stand that was open, approachable, and suitable for building business relationships.
The final appearance successfully combined functionality, modern business aesthetics, and a strong brand experience. As a result, the HIPA stand received the award for the best medium-sized stand at Automotive Hungary.
